Prof. Hong Lin, University of Houston-Downtown, USA
Speaker's Bio
Hong Lin received his PhD in Computer Science in 1997 from the University of Science and Technology of China. Before he joined the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) in 2001, he was a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue University, an assistant research officer at the National Research Council, Canada, and a software engineer at Nokia, Inc. Dr. Lin is currently a Professor in Computer Science with UHD. His research interests include cognitive intelligence, human-centered computing, parallel/distributed computing, and big data analytics. He is the supervisor of the Grid Computing Lab and a founder of the Data Center at UHD. Dr. Lin taught Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Georgia Tech Shenzhen Institute in 2021. He is also a guest professor at Shanghai Maritime University and Deqing Advanced Technology and Industry Research Institute, Zhejiang University. Dr. Lin is a senior member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Keynote Speaker 2:
Prof. Simon K.S. Cheung, Director of Information Technology, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, China
Speaker's Bio
Dr. Cheung is currently the Director of IT at the Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science from the City University of Hong Kong, and was admitted as IET fellow, IMA fellow, BCS fellow, HKIE fellow, HKCS fellow. He is active in research, with near 200 publications in the form of books, book chapters, journal articles and conference papers in two distinct areas, namely, innovation and technology in education, and software and system engineering. He won the Outstanding Research Publication Award from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2016, the 1st class Achievement in Computer and IT from Shenzhen Science and Technology Association in 2016, the 1st class Outstanding CIO Award from the Hong Kong IT Joint Council in 2015, and an Honoree for IT Excellence from the CIO Asia in 2015. He has been listed in the Who's Who in Science and Engineering since 2007.

Professor Abdel-Badeeh M Salem, Ain Shams University, Egypt
Speaker's Bio
Abdel-Badeeh M. Salem has completed his PhD in Space Physics (Cosmic Rays Data Analysis ) from Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University , Egypt,1977. He is a full Professor of Computer Science since1989 at Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University. He has published around 850 papers (150 in Scopus). He has been involved in more than 800 Int. conferences and workshops as; a keynote and plenary speaker, member of Program Committees, workshop/invited session organizer, Session Chair and Tutorials. In addition he was a member of many international societies. In addition he is a member of the Editorial Board of 100 international and national Journals. He is member of many Int. Scientific Societies and associations Elected member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences, Greece. Member of Alma Mater Europaea of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Belgrade and European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Austria.

Prof. Loc Nguyen, International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), Vietnam
Speaker's Bio
Loc Nguyen is an independent scholar from 2017. He holds Master degree in Computer Science from University of Science, Vietnam in 2005. He holds PhD degree in Computer Science and Education at Ho Chi Minh University of Science in 2009. His PhD dissertation was certificated by World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) and awarded by Standard Scientific Research and Essays as excellent PhD dissertation in 2014. He holds Postdoctoral degree in Computer Science, certified by Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC) in 2015. He serves as reviewer and editor in a wide range of international journals and conferences from 2014. He is volunteer of Statistics without Borders from 2015. He was granted as Mathematician by London Mathematical Society for Postdoctoral research in Mathematics from 2016. He is awarded as Professor by Scientific Advances and Science Publishing Group from 2016. He was awarded Doctorate of Statistical Medicine by Ho Chi Minh City Society for Reproductive Medicine (HOSREM) from 2016. He has published 78 papers and preprints in journals, books and conference proceedings. He is author of 4 scientific books. He is author and creator of 8 scientific and technological products.
